My thanks to everyone who stopped by Peggie's Cove to take a look at my new website. Your response and comments have been so positive, especially about the galleries, I've decided to continue them.

Besides the picture I take during my travels, I hope to show the work of a few very talented photographers who have offered pictures to display.

Cathy Sam, web master extraordinaire, has change out two of the galleries. I think you'll like the collection of pictures. I'm excited to show you the Dale Chihuly Glass Exhibition at the Phoenix Desert Botanical Gardens. This exhibition of captivating design and color is blended into the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. I only wish you could see his work in person.

The Historic Virginia pictures were taken in December. Yorktown, battlefields, and cemeteries, all shrouded in fog. If you look real hard you can visualize the battles and the red coats of the British army marching through the fog. And you can hear the sounds of the cannon from atop the hill. Can you just imagine General George Washington sitting on his war horse, Blueskin, accepting the surrender of an absent General Cornwallis in 1781?
